BlueOptions PPO uses Florida Blue's largest network, with out-of-network benefits and BlueCard coverage when traveling.
BlueOptions and BlueSelect both answer No for specialist referrals on the summaries of benefits we checked.
In Miami-Dade, age-21 silver BlueSelect ran about $881–$906 versus BlueOptions about $1,413–$1,526 before subsidy.
Silver plans checked include $0 primary care with a Value Choice provider, $0 virtual visits, and $4 Condition Care generics.

- You prefer a PPO or EPO that lists some out-of-network benefits
- You travel and want BlueCard in-network benefits outside Florida
