AvMed has operated as a Florida HMO since the 1970s. Entrust covers South Florida, Tampa Bay, Orlando, Jacksonville, Gainesville and nearby counties.
Baptist Health South Florida, Memorial Healthcare System and UF Health list AvMed Entrust among accepted exchange plans.
