Is Oscar a good fit?
A good fit if

- You manage diabetes, heart disease or kidney disease
- You'd use virtual urgent care
Think twice if
- Its approved 2027 increase is the state's highest, and several plans rose 37% to 48%, including Bronze Simple Chronic Care CKM at 48.2%.
- Oscar is too new in Alabama for a CMS quality rating.
- Three 2026 plans (Bronze Classic 4700, Silver Simple and Gold Simple) don't appear by name in the 2027 rate list. Check which plan you'll move to.
