Is Oscar a good fit?

A good fit if

  • You live in Kent, Muskegon, Oceana or Ottawa
  • Your doctors are at Trinity Health West Michigan hospitals
  • You want an EPO with $0 virtual urgent care and no specialist referral

Think twice if

  • Sold in four counties only. Outside Kent, Muskegon, Oceana and Ottawa there is no Oscar Marketplace option.
  • Confirm doctors and hospitals in the live directory. Corewell Health Butterworth and Blodgett are not confirmed for Oscar Marketplace plans.
  • CMS did not rate Oscar in Michigan for 2025 or 2026. Michigan Oscar does not offer the diabetes, COPD or menopause specialty plans Oscar sells in some other states.
